A customization service has been developed to make the process of designing and ordering bespoke rugs as quick and as simple as possible. Delivery takes 8-12 weeks from confirmation of the final artwork. Design your custom made rug with upto 8 colours selected from the colour palete pictured. Email us your design to enquiries@mailorderrugs.co.uk and we'll put your design into a computer and send you back a proof of how your rug will look and a fixed price. You can also add hand carved detail to your rug.

Your rug can be round, square or rectangular and almost any size (the sizes given here are for price reference only)

These rugs are bespoke to you and are therefore excluded from our standard returns policy (this does not affect your statutory rights)
